Senior Product Designer

June '23 - Dec '24

  • Drove design innovation for both Customer and Associate experiences, elevating Vision Center NPS from 52 to 84 during my tenure.  

  • Launched the first-ever Vision Center eCommerce experience, fully integrated into Walmart's retail environment.

  • Quickly iterated designs for the prescription upload experience, reducing the order cancelation rate by 30%.

Product Designer

Oct '21 - June '23

  • Designed and implemented an iPad app for patient and order management in the Vision Centers, resulting in 6.5 million pieces of paper saved each year.

  • Launched the first-ever SMS notification system for Vision Centers, cutting down order pick-up time from 3.8 to 1.9 days and saving 330,000 associate hours annually.

  • Created a data analytics dashboard for a pharmacy pricing tool, enabling better decision-making and cost optimization.

  • Promoted to Senior Product Designer within 2 years due to substantial contributions to high-visibility projects.
